A leading company seeks a CRM Architect to drive the adoption of Microsoft Dynamics across the organization. This role involves hands-on technical work and high-level design to enhance customer experience. The ideal candidate has experience with CRM solutions, stakeholder management, and is flexible to travel within the UK.

The role
The CRM is currently used in pockets of the business and is working well. The goal now is to achieve company-wide adoption.
The business is receptive to this, recognizing the benefits already realized.
The Architect needs to understand the business requirements and design appropriate solutions and features to ensure successful adoption and maximum benefits from the CRM.
This role involves technical hands-on work and high-level design, making it challenging but highly rewarding if executed well.
You will be responsible for the successful design, implementation, deployment, and adoption of the overall solution.
You will have the support of a team of D365 developers and systems support analysts.
There are ample resources available; you will not manage the team but will have task management responsibilities and access to a talented, willing team of developers.
We need
An experienced CRM architect familiar with MS Dynamics, particularly F&O and CE.
Someone confident in handling stakeholders.
You need to be based in the UK and willing to travel occasionally (about once a quarter).
Relevant qualifications and education are preferred but not essential.
