Dynamics 365 Developer
Location: London (2 days per week in the office)
Salary: Up to £85,000

A growing, internationally focused financial services business is looking for a Dynamics 365 Developer to join their team. This role sits close to the Front Office and sales function, acting as a technical partner to stakeholders who rely heavily on Dynamics to manage client relationships and drive revenue.

This is a hands-on, stakeholder-facing position suited to someone who enjoys working directly with users, understanding how sales teams operate, and shaping solutions that genuinely improve how they work.

The Role

You will take ownership of Dynamics 365 development and enhancement work, with a strong pipeline of projects from day one. The environment is fast-paced and collaborative, and the successful candidate will have the freedom to help shape the roadmap and make the role their own.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and maintaining Dynamics 365 customisations, plug‑ins, and enhancements
  • Working closely with sales and Front Office stakeholders to gather requirements and propose solutions
  • Translating business needs into practical, scalable Dynamics functionality
  • Advising stakeholders on best practices and new ways to leverage the platform
  • Supporting ongoing improvement and optimisation of Dynamics across the business
