Job summary

A leading educational staffing agency in Essex is seeking a committed Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for a mainstream primary school. Ideal candidates will assist children with special educational needs (SEN), including Autism or ADHD. Responsibilities include delivering lessons, planning assessments, and providing extra support. Applicants must hold a HLTA qualification, have recent school experience, and strong communication skills. Qualifications

• Must have a current enhanced DBS certificate and must be registered on the update service.
• Experience of working in a school in the past two years is required.
• Experience working with pupils with SEN/learning difficulties is essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cover lessons to whole classes or small groups.
• Assist with planning and assessing students' work.
