First Military Recruitment Ltd in Burton Latimer is seeking a Hire Coordinator to support Bennie Equipment and Bennie Plant in managing short-term hire activities. You will schedule, contact customers, book transport, raise quotes and invoices, and help process sales packs and supplier POs.

You'll need to be proactive, customer-focused, with strong administration and communication skills, and comfortable using Microsoft 365 and Protean CRM. Previous service/hire industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Plant and/or Equipment hire.
• Proactive in their role.
• Customer focused with excellent administration and organization skills.
• Excellent telephone and face to face communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and CRM systems (e.g; Protean).
• Previous service/hire industry experience advantageous but not essential.

Responsabilités

• Support the day-to-day activity of the hire dept for Bennie Equipment and Bennie Plant, striving to exceed customer expectations.
• Be responsible for processing all areas of short-term hire, including scheduling, contacting customers, booking transport, raising quotes, and invoicing.
• Support sales administration to process sales packs, raise and send POs for equipment to suppliers, enter data on the OS for equipment ordered, book equipment in on delivery, raise and send invoices and work with third party finance companies for sale and buy back deals.
• Ensure all hire and sales related administration is accurate and completed in a timely manner.
• Work with existing and identify new suppliers for cross-hire opportunities.
• Build effective customer relationships and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
• Work closely with service and sales teams; be compliant in CRM usage and support process improvement.
• Work towards hire and sales KPIs.
