JD Sports on the Leicester store floor is seeking a Floor Manager to lead the shop team, ensure exceptional customer service, and uphold JD visual and service standards. You’ll guide daily operations, coaching and developing colleagues to stay energized and focused in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a fast-paced retail or customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with experience developing team members.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to uphold high operational and visual standards.
• Solid commercial awareness with understanding of how daily actions impact store KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding JD service standards on the shop floor.
• Drive commercial performance through merchandising, replenishment, and team motivation.
• Lead and develop colleagues to maintain high performance and adherence to JD policies.
• Support day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
