Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in fast-paced retail or customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with proven ability to support and develop team members.
• Excellent attention to detail with high operational and visual standards.
• Solid commercial awareness of how daily actions impact store KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service standards on the shop floor.
• Drive commercial performance through effective floor execution and merchandising.
• Lead and develop colleagues, maintaining high engagement and adherence to policies.
• Support day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing and cash handling.
