Job summary

JD Sports is seeking a Floor Manager to drive strong shop-floor performance and deliver the JD service our customers expect. You will lead by example, support daily operations, and ensure the store looks sharp, runs smoothly, and reflects our standards.

You’ll coach and motivate a confident team, manage opening and closing procedures, and partner with the management team to boost sales, engagement, and customer satisfaction across shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a fast-paced retail or customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with proven experience supporting and developing team members.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to uphold high operational and visual standards.
• Solid commercial awareness with an understanding of how daily actions contribute to store KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding JD service standards to customers.
• Drive commercial performance through shop-floor execution, merchandising, replenishment.
• Lead and develop colleagues to maintain high performance and adherence to JD policies.
• Support day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing and cash handling.
