Job summary

JD Sports in the United Kingdom is seeking a Floor Manager to drive store performance and deliver exceptional service on the shop floor. You will lead by example, support your team across shifts, and ensure high standards of visual presentation, stock accuracy and customer care.

You will work closely with the management team to boost sales, engage customers, and maintain a clean, organised store environment.

Qualifications

Previous supervisory experience in a fast-paced retail or customer-facing environment.
Strong communication and leadership skills with proven experience supporting and developing team members.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to uphold high operational and visual standards.
Solid commercial awareness with an understanding of how daily actions contribute to store KPIs and performance.

Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service standards, ensuring every customer receives fast, friendly, and professional support.
Drive commercial performance through effective shop-floor execution, including merchandising, replenishment, and motivating the team.
Lead and develop colleagues to maintain high performance, strong engagement, and consistent adherence to company policies and processes.
Support day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining a clean, organised shop-floor environment.
