Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Sport. In particular, Scottish football.
• Experience in creating multi-platform content and packages in both long and short form.
• Knowledge of editing systems; in particular AVID newscutter and assist and Adobe Premier.

Responsibilities

• Research/assist in the preparation and production of creative Sports content.
• Ability to offer new and fresh ways of delivering content; both editorial and color-based.
• Edit match highlights in a fast turnaround environment.
• Generate fresh, modern ideas for informative sports programmes/features.
• To watch and digitally log sporting action accurately.
• Work with a VT Editor to edit highlights of sporting action.
• Undertake administration duties relevant to the production's smooth running.

Skills

In-depth knowledge of Sport, particularly Scottish football

Experience in creating multi-platform content

Knowledge of editing systems (AVID Newscutter, Adobe Premiere)
