Reed is seeking an experienced Service Asset & Configuration Manager to lead SACM across a highly secure live environment in Corsham. This on-site contract role requires Active DV clearance and a proven ability to govern, improve and report on CMDB and SACM processes.

You will manage CMDB quality, drive governance boards, produce KPI reports, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver change, release and incident management support in a demanding security setting.

Competenze

• Proven SACM experience in complex IT environments.
• Strong ITIL Service Management knowledge (Configuration, Change, Incident, Release).
• Experience maintaining CMDBs/CMS platforms.
• Familiar with service management tooling such as Remedy or similar ITSM.
• Experience producing service reports, KPIs and metrics.
• Strong governance, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience chairing governance boards and action tracking.
• Ability to work in highly secure environments.

Mansioni

• Develop, implement and improve SACM processes, governance and tooling.
• Serve as primary contact for the Configuration Management System (CMS).
• Maintain CMDB to support Change, Release and Incident Management.
• Perform baseline configuration comparisons and validation for change assurance.
• Ensure SACM data quality and integrity.
• Produce KPI metrics, MIS and service reports for stakeholders.
• Coordinate and chair Configuration Management Boards and tracking.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve configuration issues and drive improvements.
• Model and integrate SACM processes within existing tooling.
