Job summary

The DV Cleared Service Asset & Configuration Manager role in Corsham requires ownership of SACM activities within a highly secure estate. You will govern the CMS, manage incidents and changes, and drive improvements using Remedy and CMDB data.

Working in a demanding, cross-functional environment, you will produce management reports, KPI packs, and engage stakeholders to ensure data quality and governance across the service stack.

Qualifications

• Proven SACM experience in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong CMDB/CMS governance and data quality knowledge.
• Experience supporting ITIL-aligned Service Management processes.
• Knowledge of configuration management principles and best practices.
• Experience using Service Management tooling such as Remedy.

Responsibilities

• Lead creation and continuous improvement of SACM processes and governance.
• Own the Configuration Management System (CMS) and act as primary contact for incidents and updates.
• Utilize CMDB data to support Change, Release and Incident Management.
• Perform baseline comparisons to support infrastructure changes.
• Produce KPI metrics and regular reporting for stakeholders.
• Chair and coordinate Configuration Management Boards with agendas and actions.
• Model and integrate SACM processes within live service environments.
