Job summary

Leidos UK & EUROPE is seeking a SACM Lead to manage service asset and configuration activities within a busy ITAM environment. The role focuses on delivering cost-effective SACM management aligned with customer requirements, and enabling the transition of SACM services into live production.

The ideal candidate has extensive SACM experience, ITIL expertise, and strong stakeholder engagement skills to ensure high-quality service delivery for Leidos customers in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing SACM solutions within enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of ITIL and SACM concepts.
• Operational understanding of asset and configuration management in large IT environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead SACM elements of delivery to enable transition of services into live production.
• Collaborate with Programme Management and Service Operations to ensure SACM alignment with business needs.
• Develop and maintain SACM documentation, data dictionaries and CMDB artefacts.
• Identify and manage SACM risks, dependencies and issues in line with the Service Delivery Plan.
