Job summary

Prezzo Italian in Wisbech is seeking a Duty Manager to bridge the floor and management, opening and closing the restaurant and guiding the team with energy and care.

You will lead shifts, master cashing up and compliance, and act as a role model for hospitality magic on busy service.
