Job summary

Prezzo Italian in the West of England is seeking a Duty Manager to bridge the gap between the floor and management. As a keyholder, you’ll open and close the restaurant, lead the team when the GM is away, and ensure every guest experiences our Hospitality Magic.

You’ll handle behind-the-scenes tasks like cashing up and compliance while remaining front-and-centre as a role model for the team. The role rewards leadership with higher shift rates, free meals on shift, and a clear path toward
