Job summary

Prezzo Norwich is seeking a Duty Manager to bridge the floor and management. You will be a keyholder, opening and closing the restaurant, and leading the team during busy shifts to ensure guests enjoy a seamless dining experience.

You will develop leadership skills, manage cashing up and compliance, and act as a front‑of‑house role model, while benefiting from perks such as higher rates on shift, free meals on shift, and 50% off food for you and your crew.

Qualifications

• Experience as a server or supervisor and readiness for more.
• Ability to lead a team through a busy service.
• Reliable, positive, and people-focused attitude.
• Eager to learn the operational side of the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant as a keyholder and lead the team when the GM is away.
• Ensure every guest experiences Hospitality Magic during shifts.
• Cashing up and compliance duties, while serving as a front-of-house role model.
• Support ongoing training and development within the team.
