Job summary

Prezzo Italian in Felixstowe is seeking a Duty Manager to bridge the floor and management. You’ll be the heartbeat of the shift, open and close the restaurant, and lead the team when the GM is away, delivering our Hospitality Magic.

This role rewards hands-on leadership and excellence in guest service, with on-shift meals provided and growth opportunities through structured training toward Assistant Manager and beyond.

Qualifications

• Experience as a server or supervisor, with readiness for more.
• Ability to lead a team during busy service.
• Reliable, positive energy and passion for making guests smile.
• Eagerness to learn the restaurant's operational side.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant, acting as keyholder when needed.
• Lead the team during busy service and when the GM is away.
• Ensure guests experience our Hospitality Magic and receive attentive service.
• Handle cashing up and compliance responsibilities while remaining a visible role model.

The Role
