Job summary

Prezzo Italian is seeking a high-energy Duty Manager to bridge the floor and management, opening and closing the restaurant, and guiding the team during busy services.

You’ll develop operational skills, ensure guest hospitality, and role-model a customer-focused mindset while learning the business and pursuing growth toward Assistant Manager.

Qualifications

• Solid hospitality experience as a server or supervisor and you’re ready for more.
• Natural leader with the confidence to guide a team through busy services.
• Great energy: reliable, positive and passionate about making guests smile.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant and lead the team when the GM is away.

The Role
