Prezzo Italian is seeking a Duty Manager in Stevenage to lead shifts and bridge the gap between floor and management. You’ll open and close the restaurant, supervise during busy services, and ensure guest experiences reflect our Hospitality Magic.

Qualifications

• Solid experience as a server or supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant as a keyholder.
• Lead the team when the GM is away and during shifts.
• Cashing up and compliance responsibilities.

The Role

You are the heartbeat of the shift. As a keyholder, you’ll open and close the restaurant, lead the team when the GM is away, and ensure every guest experiences our "Hospitality Magic."
