Prezzo Italian is seeking a high‑energy Duty Manager to bridge front‑of‑house and management. You’ll open and close the restaurant, lead a busy team, and ensure every guest experiences our hospitality magic.

This role rewards leadership during shifts and involves cashing up and compliance tasks on busy evenings. You’ll bring experience as a server or supervisor, a natural leadership style, and a passion for making guests smile.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality leadership and guest service.
• Ability to manage a team during busy shifts.
• Strong communication and presence on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant as a keyholder and stay as a role model for the team.
• Lead the team during peak service periods and during absence of GM.
• Handle cashing up and ensure compliance with brand standards.
• Contribute to a welcoming, energetic guest experience and hospitality magic.
