Prezzo Italian is seeking a Duty Manager to bridge front-of-house leadership with core operations on busy shifts. You’ll open, close, and guide staff, serving as a role model while applying cashing up and compliance know-how.

You’ll bring hospitality experience as a server or supervisor, strong leadership, positive energy, and a growth mindset to develop operational skills toward managerial progression.

The Role

You are the heartbeat of the shift. As a keyholder, you’ll open and close the restaurant, lead the team when the GM is away, and ensure every guest experiences our "Hospitality Magic." You’ll master the "behind-the-scenes" stuff—like cashing up and compliance—while staying front-and-centre as a role model for the team.
