Job summary

Prezzo Italian Weymouth is seeking a confident Duty Manager to bridge the floor and management. As a keyholder, you’ll open and close the restaurant, lead the team during busy services, and ensure guests experience our Hospitality Magic.

You’ll master cashing up, compliance, and frontline service while remaining a role model. The role offers paid hourly rates rising when on shift as Manager, plus Tronc and perks, with opportunities to fast-track toward Assistant Manager.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in hospitality roles with supervisory potential.
• Strong customer-service mindset and energy during busy services.
• Ability to lead a team and model great guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant as a keyholder.
• Lead the team when the GM is away during shifts.
• Ensure accuracy with cashing up and compliance while staying visible on the floor.

The Role
