Whitbread is hiring a Duty Manager at Honiton Premier Inn. You will help lead the hotel each shift, working across reception, housekeeping and the restaurant to ensure guests have a great stay. The role involves evenings, weekends and busy periods, with a permanent contract and 24 guaranteed hours per week.

Pay is up to £13.86 per hour, with a strong focus on leadership, problem solving and customer service as the business grows into future hotel management roles.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy customer-facing environment preferred.
• Ability to lead a team and coordinate across departments.

Responsabilités

• Lead shifts across reception, housekeeping and restaurant.
• Provide clear pre-shift briefings and coach team members.
• Assist guests with questions and resolve issues.
• Support multiple departments during busy periods.
