Job summary

Nuffield Health Harrogate Fitness and Wellbeing Club is seeking a Duty Manager on a fixed-term, part-time basis to oversee daily club operations, enhance member satisfaction, and support sales initiatives.

Ideal candidates bring demonstrable sales experience, excellent communication skills and a collaborative, can-do attitude, with willingness to cover Lifeguard breaks as needed to ensure service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the smooth running of the club; including opening and closing the club when on shift.
• Prioritize member satisfaction and engage with members to build relationships.
• Lead by example, support and guide colleagues while upholding high-quality standards.
• Conduct tours for prospective members, highlighting benefits offered by Nuffield Health.
• Oversee health and safety protocols, addressing issues swiftly and effectively.
• Assist in achieving sales targets.
• Swim to a high standard and be willing to undergo site training for Lifeguard breaks.

Harrogate FWC | [Fitness & Wellbeing Club] | Fixed-term | Part time

Up to £28,038.40 pro-rata depending on experience plus sales commission

32 hours per week

As a Duty Manager, you will:

• Be responsible for the smooth running of our club; including the opening and closing the club when on shift
• Prioritize Member Satisfaction, Engage with our members, fostering happiness and building strong relationships.
• Lead by example, support and guide your colleagues while upholding the highest quality standards.
