Job summary

Nuffield Health in Newbury is seeking a Duty Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the club during shifts, engage with members, and drive sales while maintaining exceptional customer service.

You will lead by example, support colleagues, and uphold the highest standards of safety and member experience, including overseeing tours and health and safety protocols. A partial-time role with benefits is offered.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth running of the club during shifts, including opening/closing.
• Engage with members to prioritise satisfaction and build relationships.

• Oversee health and safety protocols and address issues swiftly.
• Assist in achieving sales targets.
• Be capable of swimming to a high standard and undergo lifeguard training as needed.

Newbury FWC | Fitness & Wellbeing Club | Permanent contract | Part time
Up to £28,620.80 pro rata depending on experience plus sales commission
24 hours per week

As a Duty Manager, you will:

• Be responsible for the smooth running of our club; including the opening and closing the club when on shift
• Prioritize Member Satisfaction, Engage with our members, fostering happiness and building strong relationships.
• Lead by example, support and guide your colleagues while upholding the highest quality standards.
• Conduct tours for prospective members, highlighting the unique benefits that only Nuffield Health provides
• Oversee health and safety protocols, addressing any issues swiftly and effectively.
• Help achieve sales targets
• Be able to swim to a high standard and be willing to undergo training at site, due to covering Lifeguard breaks
