Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a Duty Manager for our Chingford Fitness & Wellbeing Club. The role is part-time (16 hours per week) with a permanent contract, offering up to £28,618.48 pro rata plus sales commission.

You’ll open/close the club, engage members, and lead by example while ensuring top service standards. You will also conduct tours for prospective members, oversee health and safety, contribute to sales goals, and be prepared to cover Lifeguard breaks.

• Can-do attitude and passion for customer service.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the smooth running of our club; including the opening and closing the club when on shift.
• Prioritize Member Satisfaction, Engage with our members, fostering happiness and building strong relationships.
• Lead by example, support and guide your colleagues while upholding the highest quality standards.

• Oversee health and safety protocols, addressing any issues swiftly and effectively.
• Help achieve sales targets.
• Be able to swim to a high standard and be willing to undergo training at site, due to covering Lifeguard breaks.
