Nuffield Health is seeking a Duty Manager for the Bloomsbury Fitness & Wellbeing Club. The role is a fixed-term, full-time position with 40 hours per week, offering up to £29,160.56 per annum depending on experience plus sales commission. You will ensure smooth club operations, drive member satisfaction, and contribute to sales targets while supporting lifeguard duties.

As a Duty Manager, you will:

• Be responsible for the smooth running of our club; including the opening and closing the club when on shift

• Prioritize Member Satisfaction,Engagewith our members, fostering happiness and building strong relationships.

• Lead by example, support and guide your colleagues while upholding the highest quality standards.

• Conduct tours for prospective members, highlighting the unique benefits that only Nuffield Health provides

• Oversee health and safety protocols, addressing any issues swiftly and effectively.

• Help achieve sales targets

• Be able to swim to a high standard and be willing to undergo training at site, due to covering Lifeguard breaks
