Job summary

Nuffield Health Cambridge Fitness & Wellbeing Club is seeking a Duty Manager to lead daily operations, including opening and closing the club on shifts, to ensure an exceptional member experience.

We are looking for someone with proven sales experience, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset. You’ll inspire colleagues, oversee safety, help hit sales targets, and may cover Lifeguard breaks after site training.

• Demonstrable sales experience and excellent communication skills.
• Collaborative team player with a can-do attitude.
• Ability to lead by example and uphold customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the smooth running of the club; open and close the club when on shift.
• Prioritize Member Satisfaction and engage with members to build relationships.
• Lead by example, support colleagues, and uphold high quality standards.
• Conduct tours for prospective members highlighting benefits of Nuffield Health.
• Oversee health and safety protocols and address issues swiftly.
• Help achieve sales targets.
• Be able to swim to a high standard and cover Lifeguard breaks with site training.

Up to £29,972.77 pro rata depending on experience plus sales commission

32 hours per week

As a Duty Manager, you will:

• Be responsible for the smooth running of our club; including the opening and closing the club when on shift
