Job summary

Nuffield Health Devonshire FWC in Plymouth is seeking a Duty Manager to lead daily club operations and deliver outstanding member service. You will manage opening/closing, supervise staff, conduct tours for prospective members and ensure health and safety standards are met.

The role involves contributing to sales targets and maintaining an excellent customer experience. This permanent, full-time position offers a supportive team, training opportunities and a benefits package designed to help you

Qualifications

• Demonstrable sales experience and a confident communication style.
• Customer-focused mindset with a collaborative approach.
• Willingness to undergo Lifeguard training and to swim to a high standard.
• Ability to lead by example and uphold service standards.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the smooth running of the club, including opening and closing on shift.
• Prioritise member satisfaction and engage with members to build relationships.
• Lead by example, support and guide colleagues while maintaining quality standards.
• Conduct tours for prospective members and highlight benefits of Nuffield Health.
• Oversee health and safety protocols and address issues swiftly.
• Help achieve sales targets.

As a Duty Manager, you will:

• Be responsible for the smooth running of our club; including the opening and closing the club when on shift
• Prioritize Member Satisfaction, Engage with our members, fostering happiness and building strong relationships.
• Lead by example, support and guide your colleagues while upholding the highest quality standards.
• Conduct tours for prospective members, highlighting the unique benefits that only Nuffield Health provides
• Oversee health and safety protocols, addressing any issues swiftly and effectively.
• Help achieve sales targets
• Be able to swim to a high standard and be willing to undergo training at site, due to covering Lifeguard breaks
