Job summary

Nuffield Health Cambridge FWC is seeking a Duty Manager for our Fitness and Wellbeing Club. This part-time role (32 hours per week) involves ensuring the smooth running of the club, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining safety standards.

You will lead by example, engage with members, and support colleagues while aiming to meet sales targets. The role may include lifeguard duties and related training on site.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the smooth running of the club; opening and closing the club when on shift.
• Prioritise member satisfaction and engage with members to build relationships.
• Lead by example, support and guide colleagues while upholding high standards.
• Conduct tours for prospective members and highlight benefits of Nuffield Health.
• Oversee health and safety protocols and address issues swiftly.
• Help achieve sales targets.
• Cover Lifeguard breaks and be able to swim to a high standard.

As a Duty Manager, you will:

• Be responsible for the smooth running of our club; including the opening and closing the club when on shift
