Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality operations
• Strong leadership and team coaching
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict management
• Experience in branded hotel/restaurant preferred

• Direct day-to-day hotel operations and engage the team to deliver high service standards.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth guest experiences and issue resolution.
• Support recruitment and interviewing activities with the hotel leadership team.
