Prezzo Italian is seeking a Duty Manager to be the heartbeat of the shift, opening and closing the restaurant, and leading the team when the GM is away. You’ll deliver outstanding guest experiences and master cashing up and compliance while modelling excellence on the floor.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience as a server or supervisor.
• Ability to lead a team through busy service.
• Positive, energetic and people-focused.
• Willingness to learn the operational side of the business.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant and manage shift handovers.
• Lead the team when the GM is away and provide clear direction.
• Ensure every guest experiences hospitality magic on the floor.
• Cashing up and compliance duties while modelling leadership.

The Role

You are the heartbeat of the shift. As a keyholder, you’ll open and close the restaurant, lead the team when the GM is away, and ensure every guest experiences our "Hospitality Magic." You’ll master the "behind-the-scenes" stuff—like cashing up and compliance—while staying front-and-centre as a role model for the team.
