Job summary

Prezzo Ltd in the West of England is seeking a Duty Manager who can bridge the floor and management, open and close the restaurant, and lead shifts with energy and care for guest experience.

You’ll master both front-of-house leadership and behind-the-scenes tasks such as cashing up and compliance while acting as a role model for the team. Previous server or supervisor experience and a growth mindset are essential.

• Solid experience as a server or supervisor and readiness for more.
• Natural leadership to guide a busy service.
• Energetic, positive attitude and passion for guest satisfaction.
• Growth mindset and eagerness to learn the operational side of a successful restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant as a keyholder.
• Lead the team during shifts when the GM is away.
• Ensure guests experience our hospitality, “Hospitality Magic.”
• Handle cashing up and compliance tasks while remaining a visible role model.

The Role

You are the heartbeat of the shift. As a keyholder, you’ll open and close the restaurant, lead the team when the GM is away, and ensure every guest experiences our "Hospitality Magic." You’ll master the "behind-the-scenes" stuff—like cashing up and compliance—while staying front-and-centre as a role model for the team.
