Job summary

Prezzo Italian in Stevenage is seeking a high-energy Duty Manager to bridge the floor and leadership, opening and closing the restaurant, and guiding the team when the GM is away to deliver our Hospitality Magic.

You’ll master cashing up, compliance, and front‑and‑centre leadership while keeping guests smiling and maintaining service standards through busy shifts. Competitive hourly rate with a shift premium and great perks await.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience as a server or supervisor and readiness for more.
• Natural leadership to guide a team through busy services.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant as a keyholder.
• Lead the team during busy services and when the GM is away.

• Manage cashing up and ensure compliance on shift.

The Role

You are the heartbeat of the shift.
