Job summary

Prezzo Italian in Ipswich is looking for a Duty Manager to bridge the floor and management, leading the team during shifts and ensuring every guest experiences our Hospitality Magic. This role offers you a chance to bring your personality to leadership, learn the business, and work with a like-minded team where fun is part of the job.

You will open and close the restaurant, oversee cashing up and compliance, and act as a role model on shift while developing your leadership and operational skills

Qualifications

• You’ve got solid experience as a server or supervisor and you’re ready for more.
• You’ve got the confidence to lead a team through a buzzing, busy service.
• You’re reliable, positive, and passionate about making people smile.
• You’re eager to learn the operational side of a successful restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant as a keyholder.
• Lead the team when the GM is away and ensure smooth service.
• Deliver the Hospitality Magic to every guest.
• Crown responsibilities include cashing up and ensuring compliance.
• Be a visible, positive role model for the team.

The Role

You are the heartbeat of the shift. As a keyholder, you’ll open and close the restaurant, lead the team when the GM is away, and ensure every guest experiences our "Hospitality Magic."
