Job summary

Prezzo is seeking a high-energy Duty Manager to bridge the gap between floor and management. You will open and close the restaurant, lead the team during busy services, and serve as a role model while ensuring every guest experiences our Hospitality Magic.

As a keyholder, you’ll master cashing up and compliance while developing leadership skills with structured training to progress toward Assistant Manager and beyond. Join a team that values great food, fun, and genuine connection.

Qualifications

• Solid hospitality experience as a server or supervisor.
• Natural leader with confidence to guide a busy service.
• Energetic, reliable, and focused on guest happiness.
• Eager to learn operational aspects of a restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant as a keyholder.
• Lead the team during shifts and cover for the GM when away.

The Role

You are the heartbeat of the shift. As a keyholder, you’ll open and close the restaurant, lead the team when the GM is away, and ensure every guest experiences our "Hospitality Magic." You’ll master the "behind-the-scenes" stuff—like cashing up and compliance—while staying front-and-centre as a role model for the team.
