Prezzo Ltd is seeking a high-energy Duty Manager in the United Kingdom to lead a shift, open and close the restaurant, and act as a role model for the team. You’ll balance front-of-house leadership with back-end responsibilities to keep operations smooth and guests delighted.

The Role

You are the heartbeat of the shift. As a keyholder, you’ll open and close the restaurant, lead the team when the GM is away, and ensure every guest experiences our "Hospitality Magic."
