Job summary

Prezzo Ltd. is seeking a Duty Manager to bridge the gap between floor and management and lead a high-energy team.

You’ll open and close the restaurant, guide the team when the GM is away, and embody our Hospitality Magic while ensuring compliant, smooth service. The Role

You are the heartbeat of the shift. As a keyholder, you’ll open and close the restaurant, lead the team when the GM is away, and ensure every guest experiences our "Hospitality Magic." You’ll master the "behind-the-scenes" stuff—like cashing up and compliance—while staying front-and-centre as a role model for the team.
