Job summary

Prezzo Italian is seeking a Duty Manager to lead shifts at our restaurant in the UK. You’ll act as a keyholder, opening and closing, and guiding the team to deliver our signature Hospitality Magic.

You’ll manage cashing up, compliance, and front‑of‑house leadership, helping the GM steer daily operations while keeping guests at the center of every service.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality roles such as server or supervisor.
• Ability to lead a team through busy service periods.
• Strong customer service focus with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant as a keyholder.
• Lead the team during shifts when the GM is away.
• Oversee cashing up and ensure shift compliance.

The Role

You are the heartbeat of the shift. As a keyholder, you’ll open and close the restaurant, lead the team when the GM is away, and ensure every guest experiences our "Hospitality Magic."
