Job summary

Prezzo Italian is seeking a high-energy Duty Manager to bridge floor and management. You will open/close the restaurant, lead the team when the GM is away, and ensure guests experience Hospitality Magic. You will handle cashing up and compliance while staying visible as a leader on shift.

The Role

You are the heartbeat of the shift. As a keyholder, you’ll open and close the restaurant, lead the team when the GM is away, and ensure every guest experiences our "Hospitality Magic." You’ll master the "behind-the-scenes" stuff - like cashing up and compliance - while staying front-and-centre as a role model for the team.
