Prezzo Ltd. is seeking a Duty Manager to bridge front-of-house leadership with operational duties.

You’ll open and close the restaurant, supervise during busy services, and model the Hospitality Magic for our team while upholding cash handling and compliance. The Role

You are the heartbeat of the shift. As a keyholder, you’ll open and close the restaurant, lead the team when the GM is away, and ensure every guest experiences our "Hospitality Magic." You’ll master the "behind-the-scenes" stuff—like cashing up and compliance—while staying front-and-centre as a role model for the team.
