Job summary

Prezzo Italian in Leatherhead is seeking aDuty Manager to bridge floor operations and management, bringing energy and leadership to a busy shift.

You will open and close, supervise front-of-house staff, and act as a role model when the GM is away, ensuring guests receive our Hospitality Magic. This role offers growth toward Assistant Manager with a focus on operational know-how.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience as a server or supervisor.
• Confidence to lead a team through a busy service.
• Energetic, reliable and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant as a keyholder.
• Lead the team when the GM is away and model Hospitality Magic.
• Handle cashing up and compliance while staying visible on the floor.

The Role
