Job summary

Prezzo Italian is seeking a high-energy Duty Manager to bridge front-line operations and management. You will open and close the restaurant, guide the team during busy services, and ensure guests enjoy a memorable dining experience with a collaborative, fun atmosphere.

As a keyholder, you’ll master operational tasks, motivate staff, and role-model professional hospitality while supporting the GM and driving smooth service. This is a great step for ambitious hospitality professionals.

Qualifications

• Experience as a server or supervisor.
