Prezzo Italian in Leicester is seeking a high-energy Duty Manager to bridge the gap between the floor and management. This is your chance to bring your personality to leadership, learn the business, and work with an incredible, like-minded team where having fun is part of the job.

You’ll open and close the restaurant as a keyholder, lead the team when the GM is away, and ensure every guest experiences Hospitality Magic while handling cashing up and compliance.

Qualifications

• Solid experience as a server or supervisor.
• Ability to lead a team through busy service.
• Reliable, positive and people-focused.
• Eagerness to learn the operational side of a restaurant.

Responsibilities

The Role
You are the heartbeat of the shift. As a keyholder, you’ll open and close the restaurant, lead the team when the GM is away, and ensure every guest experiences our "Hospitality Magic."
