Job summary

Prezzo Italian in Grays, United Kingdom, is seeking a Duty Manager to be the heartbeat of the shift. You will open and close the restaurant, lead the team when the GM is away, and ensure every guest experiences our hospitality magic.

Qualifications

• Solid experience as a server or supervisor.

The Role
