Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a Duty Manager for our City FWC Fitness & Wellbeing Club. This permanent, full-time role is 40 hours per week with a salary up to £29,160.56 per annum plus sales commission. You will ensure smooth club operations, engage members, and lead a team to deliver excellent customer service.

You should have demonstrable sales experience, strong communication, and be able to swim to a high standard. Lifeguard training may be provided on-site to cover breaks.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the smooth running of the club, including opening and closing during shifts.
• Prioritize member satisfaction and engage with members to build relationships.

• Conduct tours for prospective members highlighting benefits of Nuffield Health.
• Oversee health and safety protocols and address issues swiftly.
• Assist in achieving sales targets.
• Must be able to swim to a high standard and be willing to train on site for lifeguard breaks.

As a Duty Manager, you will:
