Job summary

Nuffield Health Birmingham Central is seeking a Duty Manager to oversee the smooth running of the club, including opening and closing shifts, and to drive member satisfaction.

You will use your sales experience and excellent communication to lead colleagues, maintain safety standards, and help achieve targets. This part-time role requires 16 hours per week and offers pro-rata pay with a supportive working environment.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the smooth running of the club; including opening and closing the club when on shift.
• Prioritize Member Satisfaction and engage with members to build relationships.

• Conduct tours for prospective members.
• Oversee health and safety protocols and address issues swiftly.
• Help achieve sales targets.
• Cover Lifeguard breaks and swim to a high standard if required.

As a Duty Manager, you will:

• Be responsible for the smooth running of our club; including the opening and closing the club when on shift

• Prioritize Member Satisfaction, Engage with our members, fostering happiness and building strong relationships.

• Lead by example, support and guide your colleagues while upholding the highest quality standards.

• Conduct tours for prospective members, highlighting the unique benefits that only Nuffield Health provides

• Oversee health and safety protocols, addressing any issues swiftly and effectively.

• Help achieve sales targets

• Be able to swim to a high standard and be willing to undergo training at site, due to covering Lifeguard breaks
