Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a Duty Manager for our Fitness and Wellbeing Club. This permanent, full-time role involves ensuring the smooth running of the club, opening and closing on shift, and delivering exceptional member service in a busy gym environment.

You will bring proven sales experience, excellent communication and a collaborative approach to lead the team, drive member satisfaction and help achieve sales targets, while covering Lifeguard breaks where training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience and strong customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and collaborative mindset.
• Willing to undergo site training for Lifeguard duties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee smooth club operations, including opening and closing on shift.
• Prioritize member satisfaction and build strong relationships.

• Oversee health and safety protocols and address issues swiftly.

Up to £29,160.56 per annum depending on experience plus sales commission

40 hours per week

As a Duty Manager, you will:

• Be responsible for the smooth running of our club; including the opening and closing the club when on shift
• Prioritize Member Satisfaction, Engage with our members, fostering happiness and building strong relationships.
• Lead by example, support and guide your colleagues while upholding the highest quality standards.
• Conduct tours for prospective members, highlighting the unique benefits that only Nuffield Health provides
• Oversee health and safety protocols, addressing any issues swiftly and effectively.
• Help achieve sales targets
• Be able to swim to a high standard and be willing to undergo training at site, due to covering Lifeguard breaks
