Nuffield Health in Enfield is seeking a Duty Manager to lead the club during shifts, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional member service. The role emphasizes sales focus, safety, and teamwork within the Management Team.

The successful candidate will drive guest engagement, supervise staff, and coordinate tours while maintaining the high standards associated with Nuffield Health. A partial-time contract supports a balanced schedule in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fitness club or hospitality environment is advantageous.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Willingness to undergo Lifeguard training and follow health & safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the smooth running of the club during shifts, including opening and closing.
• Prioritize member satisfaction and build strong member relationships.
• Lead by example, support colleagues, and uphold quality standards.
• Conduct tours for prospective members highlighting club benefits.
• Oversee health and safety protocols and address issues promptly.
• Help achieve sales targets.
• Be able to swim to a high standard and cover Lifeguard breaks if required.

Up to £28,618.48 per annumdepending on experience

40 hours per week

As a Duty Manager, you will:

• Be responsible for the smooth running of our club; including the opening and closing the club when on shift
• Prioritize Member Satisfaction, Engage with our members, fostering happiness and building strong relationships.
• Lead by example, support and guide your colleagues while upholding the highest quality standards.
• Conduct tours for prospective members, highlighting the unique benefits that only Nuffield Health provides
• Oversee health and safety protocols, addressing any issues swiftly and effectively.
• Help achieve sales targets
• Be able to swim to a high standard and be willing to undergo training at site, due to covering Lifeguard breaks
