Nuffield Health is the UK’s largest Healthcare Charity. We’re seeking a Duty Manager – Fitness and Wellbeing Club to lead a busy gym site and deliver outstanding member service. The role includes opening/closing duties, driving sales, and maintaining safety standards; swimming ability is required to cover Lifeguard breaks.

You’ll join a supportive team focused on delivering an exceptional fitness experience for our members, with opportunities to develop your career within a renowned charity.

As a Duty Manager at our gym, you’ll bring demonstrable sales experience and the ability to quickly get to grips with our business. As a Duty Manager, you will:

• Be responsible for the smooth running of our club; including the opening and closing the club when on shift

• Prioritize Member Satisfaction, Engage with our members, fostering happiness and building strong relationships.

• Lead by example, support and guide your colleagues while upholding the highest quality standards.

• Conduct tours for prospective members, highlighting the unique benefits that only Nuffield Health provides

• Oversee health and safety protocols, addressing any issues swiftly and effectively.

• Help achieve sales targets

• Be able to swim to a high standard and be willing to undergo training at site, due to covering Lifeguard breaks
