Job summary

Prezzo Italian is looking for a high-energy Duty Manager to bridge the floor and leadership. You’ll open and close the restaurant, lead the team when the GM is away, and model our celebrated Hospitality Magic on every shift.

You’ll earn £12.99 per hour, rising to £13.50 when you work as Manager on Shift, plus perks such as free meals on shift, a birthday off, and 50% off food for you and your crew. Structured training accelerates your path toward Assistant Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience as a server or supervisor.
• Ability to lead a team during busy service.
• Positive energy and passion for guest experience.

The Role

You are the heartbeat of the shift. As a keyholder, you’ll open and close the restaurant, lead the team when the GM is away, and ensure every guest experiences our "Hospitality Magic."
